The mission of the GCW Cheer program is to provide supervised cheer instruction for children ages 6-12, teaching fundamentals, good sportsmanship, teamwork, cooperation, fair play, and character building.  To achieve this mission, parents, staff, and administration must be role models, lead by example, and show the utmost proper conduct and sportsmanship.

We are proud members of the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA), which provides support, training, and rules to ensure the safety of our athletes.  Team members are expected to comply with our minimum attendance policy to be eligible for participation in all competitions.
